Switch 5G refers consumers to internet service providers and is paid when a referral results in service. Under some state privacy laws that referral counts as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You can tell us to stop at any time, free of charge, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
Use any of these. Include the phone number and email address you submitted so we can find your record.
It does not delete information already shared. Providers and partners who received your details before your request keep their own copy, and their privacy policies govern it — contact them directly if you want it removed. It also does not by itself stop phone calls. To stop calls and texts, ask to be placed on our internal do-not-call list using the same contact details above, reply STOP to any text, or tell any caller directly.
You may also have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to appeal a denied request. Those rights and how to use them are described in our Privacy Policy.
