These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Switch 5G ("Switch 5G," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of www.switch5g.com and any related services. By using this site or submitting our form, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Switch 5G is an independent comparison and referral service for home internet. We help you identify internet service providers that may serve your area and connect you with them.
We are not an internet service provider. We do not own or operate a network, we do not set prices or plan terms, we do not install equipment, and we do not provide customer support for any service you order. Any service you purchase is a contract between you and that provider, governed by their agreement with you.
We are compensated by providers and their partners when a referral results in service being ordered. This compensation may influence which providers we present.
You must be at least 18 years old, a resident of the United States, and legally able to enter into contracts to use this site. You must be the subscriber of, or the customary user of, the telephone number you submit, and you must be authorized to consent to receive calls and texts at that number.
Information on this site about availability, speeds, prices, and promotions is provided for general informational purposes and is our understanding of the market at the time of publication.
Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote, or a guarantee. The actual terms you receive are those confirmed by the provider at the time you order.
When you submit our form, you agree that Switch 5G and the internet service providers and authorized partners we refer you to may contact you at the telephone number and email address you provide, including by automatic telephone dialing systems, artificial or prerecorded voice messages, and text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply.
You may withdraw consent at any time by telling a caller to place you on their do-not-call list, replying STOP to a text, or contacting us at the details in section 15. We keep a record of your consent, including the date, time, and IP address, and may share it with the providers and partners who contact you.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to submit only your own contact details. Submitting another person's information, a number you are not authorized to provide, or deliberately false information is a breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have to bring an individual action in small claims court or to report a concern to a government agency.
We may modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue the site or any part of it, and may restrict access, at any time without notice.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
